Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@munroesboutique.com. For defected items, we will review the item and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return charges for shipping the items back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bodysuits, swimwear or jewelry.

Refunds

Please allow us 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank. 

Exchanges

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund.

 Cancellations

Please cancel reach out to us within 24 hours to cancel your orders.
